My wife's mobile phone went missing from our room never to be seen again. We rang it - first it was off - then it was on but no-one answered. The hotel staff refused to do anything about it.

It is close to the metro station and neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. The room was good enough for one person but the bath is a bit strange (the door blocks the way into the bathroom and the shower curtain was too short to prevent water from spreading over the shower booth.) Controller for the heater was broken. I liked staying at this hotel in general.
