I was put in a room on the ground floor with a window opening on to a passage way for other guests. Woken up several times during the night from other guests walking & talking past the window. Also had an issue as booked a "exec" room and was given a "standard" room and staff were unpleasant/unhelpful about this. Would not stay in this hotel again.
