I write this on behalf of Casimiro who does not speak English, but thanks to prior arrangements made at my end here in Spain, your staff were aware of the problem and made arrangements accordingly. I was on telephone standby if translator was needed but it shows how good your service was that Casimiro and his guests did not need to call me once. They thoroughly enjoyed their visit. They were a bit worried, however, about some irregular credit card transactions but these were automatically rectified within a week of arrival home in Spain so no more was needed to say about it, except to say that if we use your hotel in future we would need clear assurances that there would be no card meddling even if rectified.
