With more than 1,000 rooms, The Cumberland is updated, but retains much of its 1930s charm and heritage. The hotel sits directly across from Hyde Park and is one block from Oxford Street shopping. On site are a casino, gift shops, a newsstand, a 24-hour front desk, 24-hour room service, dry-cleaning services, nearby parking, laundry services, a multilingual staff, and air-conditioned public spaces. Smoking and non-smoking guest rooms are available, and both feature wireless Internet access, cable and satellite TV, air conditioning, multi-line phones, voicemail, pay movies, extra bedding and towels, heated towel racks in bathroom, and an in-room safe.

Please change linen daily. Offer special rates to your guests off season as well as more channels on TV. Inform guests about the Marble Arch as a special handout in the rooms.

Hotel is well located for most visitors that likes to be in the center, modern and good atmosphere. Very polite and helpful staff.
