Hotel exterior under construction so it was difficult to get in and out of. Front desk staff were not friendly, in fact, they were snooty. (I lived in London for a year and know when people are being "reserved" and when I'm being treated poorly). The hotel was beautiful, great location, but really worth the amount of money I paid.
Great hotel, loved the up to date decor and good position, I would definitely recommend it.
