The room was small, even by London standards. Stank of cigarette smoke and there was not a window that could be opened (but there was a fan in the bathroom). The room was clean other than that and room service was good (I recommend the chicken curry!!). Wireless internet access was expensive and unreliable (it frequently disconnected). Still, for that part of London, the price for the room was good.
I had agreed to pay an amount of money and when I asked what is excluded on that amount they told me "breakfast and other facilities". As I was checking out they asked me to pay 15 pounds more per day for taxes...
