The Grand at Trafalgar Square is situated, not surprisingly, right off Trafalgar Square in the heart of central London, just a block away from Nelson's Column and the National Gallery. This is the perfect place for theater-lovers as all the theater district is just three blocks away. The shopping of Covent Garden is similarly close, and for the best views of London, there is the London Eye, the largest observation wheel in the world, only a kilometer away. For night-time fun, the hopping clubs of Soho await. The Grand's guests can just walk home.

The Grand at Trafalgar Square, which opened in December 2006, is located within the restored Northumberland House, a historic landmark. The entry hall features a chandelier and an upper level Grand Gallery. There are 63 guest rooms, all of them with high ceilings and large, opulent windows that allow in a lot of light and offer views of central London. Access to wired and wireless high-speed Internet is complimentary, and other amenities include flat-screen cable television, direct-dial multi-line telephone with voicemail, coffee and tea maker, and air conditioning.

A fitness center has assorted exercise equipment for fitness-minded guests. An on-site restaurant will open in Autumn 2007. Concierge services are available, and the 24-hour front desk will gladly answer questions, make recommendations, and strive to make guests' stay as comfortable as possible.

Hotel was in a great location, clean, free wifi in your room which came in handy but they had a computer in the lobby you could use for free. Bathroom was a little small. The surrounding area had a lot of areas/places to choose from to eat or hang out at. A little pricey, other than that we would definitley stay there again.
