Named after the eighteenth-century essayist Samuel Hazlitt, this Soho hotel, set in a trio of houses, features rooms named after Hazlitt's friends and conquests, including Jonathan Swift, the Earl of St Albans and Lady Frances Hewitt. The ambiance from Hazlitt's day is fairly intact, thanks to the antiques and the silk-draped nooks. This hotel is just 200 meters from the bustling heart of Soho, with its numerous cafes, and 500 meters from Oxford Street, the shopping mecca.

The 24-hour staff will assist with tickets to local shows, restaurants, and nightclubs. Business travelers can rent mobile phones and laptops, and wireless Internet access is available.
