Very poor hotel, in run down condition, I was locked in and locked out due to problems with locks, is a health and safety hazard, the hotel needs shutting down I did complain never got an apology or reply

Waited too long for someone to even recognize me, let alone welcome or serve me at check in. No kettle/tea making facility in room. Window with poor insulation against noise from the (busy!) road. Window not solid in frame, wind moving it. Had to stuff the frame with cardboard. And all this for GBP 60 for a single with no breakfast - there are other hotels you know...
