I was shocked at first when I arrived at the apartments in Bow Lane to find the block locked with no-one there to greet me, however, a very nice lady cleaning apartment 2 let me in and called Oakwood. It turned out that Oakwood had double booked the apartment and had been trying to contact me by email only a day or so before. Unfortunately, I was traveling and had been unable to access my messages. The situation was resolved swiftly and a very nice guy collected me in a taxi and dropped me to a different block of apartments. It was worrying that I had to stand outside in the cold until a cleaner let me in and that I may not have had anywhere to stay. I would like to say that the apartment that I stayed in was excellent and would recommend Oakwood to my friends.
