For 30 years, the owners of this striking family owned and run, but budget-friendly hotel have prided themselves on providing affordable comfort and style in the heart of London. From the hotel's beautifully landscaped gardens just off Hyde Park, it is only a short walk to Kensington Gardens, Marble Arch, Hyde Park, and the West End theater district. Buckingham Palace is a leisurely stroll away, or easily accessible by public transit: The tube and bus lines stop near the Pacific. At Paddington Station, a short walk from the hotel, one can catch the Heathrow Express and get to London Heathrow Airport in 15-20 minutes.

The four-story hotel offers a distinctly local experience, with the full English breakfast available every morning from 7 to 9 a.m. Every room in the hotel has a private bathroom, and each is equipped with satellite TV. The rooms and common areas are decorated in stylish contemporary British design.

A hotel with a pleasant and nice staff. Small double rooms, but clean and tidy. The bathroom was tiny. Breakfast surprisingly good. A lot of sounds/noise from other rooms. All in all a mixed experience, but I would have no problem going there again if I needed a cheap stay in London.

The room (single) is very small and does not have enough space for baggage. It also does not match to the picture you see on the web.
