In September 2009 I booked a room at the Paddington Court. I paid in advance and was confirmed by the hotel. However when we arrived,late in the evening we were advised that the hotel was overbooked and our room was not available. We were provided with another hotel but far from Paddington Station and the Heathrow Express. Paddington Court failed to find me transportation next morning and I was forced to take a taxi at my own cost. I wrote to the Paddington Court, but they never replied.
