Had the best stay ever! Was coming to London with family for a few nights during the peak Christmas season, so was worried about finding a good hotel and that too within budget. Park Plaza was a dream come true! Room was spacious, neat, well equipped with an OK view. Room service and house cleaning was perfect. The best part was that its walking distance from the Waterloo tube/train station, Big-Bus tour stop and London Eye etc. For the first time, traveling in London was comfortable! I had read a few reviews which described it inadequate, well, some people are too hard to satisfy! I absolutely recommend this hotel and if I ever visit London again, that's where I am staying (if i get it for the same price!).

Excellent service on arrival at front desk but when I got to my room it was really hot even though the "air conditioning" was set to cold. I spoke to the front desk who said that the whole system was set to heating only but they could adjust my room to be cold. When I got back later that night the room was very hot and it clearly hadn't been done. The windows could not be opened. My in-room movie system was also broken. Not great for such a new hotel.
