This is a great hotel and could be better, from the front end staff. They made you feel second rate if you booked through a agency such as expedia and others that I had spoke with felt the same way. In addition there were small items that were requested to be done by the front staff and really were never completed. The location is great and overall I would stay there again. I just think your front end staff could be a little less stuck up to put it bluntly. They are there to make sure you feel comfortable not an imposition.
