This is a fab hotel - rooms were spacious, modern and extremely clean. We decided to eat continental breakfast at the hotel which was well worth the money. It's location is also a huge plus - minutes walk from Gloucester Road station where you can either take the tube or the open top bus (another must!) I would stay here again without hesitation and definitely recommend it to friends and family.

They had a water leak (overbooked in other words) so they shoved us into another hotel right across the street with no compensation. It was dirty, gloomy and cost much less than the rooms at Quality Crown, however we received no compensation. When we asked for it we were just looked at like some aliens.

Very misleading, breakfast is worded and leads to think its priced at £4:50 where in fact its double this amount! There was no hot water, I have never stayed in such a small room 8 by 8, I would hardly call it contemporary! There are no gym facilities as advertised (you have to pay to use the one up the road) I could have done that staying anywhere! I'm not usually one do moan but on this occasion I wanted a cheap visit to London and it ended up costing me double with all there hidden little misleading extras! Not recommended at all!!! And certainly no 4 star!
