1. The lifts where old and very slow 2. The room was very small (approx 2 by 4 meters) 3. The furniture is not new 4. The both room is very small 5. It takes a long time until the hot water comes in( at early morning 6:30) 6. The corridor floor is noisy 7. You can hear your neighbor very clearly 8. Bad smells came from the painting 9. A lot of noise came from the maintenance next door 10. The T V set is in bad location (high to watch) 11. The T V cannels are only 4 with bad receiving (local only not from satellite)
