A five-star luxury hotel, voted the world's best airport hotel several times by readers of Business Traveller magazine, the Radisson Edwardian proves that not all accommodations built near major international terminals are for the budget minded. Elegantly decorated with Asian motifs, designer furniture, and specially commissioned artwork, the facilities at the resort-like Radisson Edwardian include a luxury health spa and gym, a hairdresser, jewelry store, business center, and a choice of restaurants and bars. A glass atrium is designated especially for business meetings, and is outfitted with the most up-to-date technology. The 459 rooms and suites have a warm classic ambiance with rich fabrics. The marble bathrooms are constructed of the finest Sicilian marble and stocked with top-of-the-line bath products. Larger deluxe rooms have more generously sized work areas. The hotel is minutes from Heathrow Airport, and is an ideal base from which to explore Central London, which is easily accessible via the underground (approximately 17 minutes) or your own car. There's little that isn't offered here. The Pegasus Spa offers a full range of services from massages and facials to waxing and tanning. The gym and pool rooms have relaxation areas with herbal saunas, steam rooms, ice cold plunge pools, and a solarium. Yoga, Pilates, and aerobics classes are also offered. Guest rooms also feature a mini-bar, in-room safe, iron and trouser press, tea and coffee making facilities, modem connection, air conditioning, and complimentary wireless Internet access. As one of Europe's largest conference centers, The Radisson offers 43 conference, meeting, and event spaces, which can accommodate up to 700 people. A 24-hour concierge is happy to assist in sightseeing plans. The 24-hour room service is available for your convenience, as well as valet service for laundry, currency exchange, and car parking. The hotel has one bar, The Polo Bar, and two on-site restaurants, Henley's Bar & Restaurant, featuring seasonal menus, and The Brasserie, for light snacks throughout the day. Amenities:

My sheets were dirty, but I had such an early flight we didn't want to deal with changing rooms. We had to lay down towels over the sheet to sleep on the bed.
