Unclear on the calling card rules, and despite purchasing a card and using it in the room, they charged me $200 instead of the $5 I would have been charged had I used the second number on the calling card. They were doing construction so it was pretty noisy, and even when no one was working it was noisy. I never complain on these sites, but it was not the best experience. I liked where it was located.

Good, clean hotel, excellent breakfast. Only minus was that it was further away than advertised. I was expecting the hotel to be closer to Marble Arch, so this was misleading. Overall, good hotel though, which I would definately recommend.
