The booking was not fullfilled, asked for adjoing rooms or in close facility as had my disabled mother we were in different corridors. Asked for walk in shower in her room got a bath! Decor was very dated and rooms were musty smelling. The noise from taps gave a thumping sound when used. Parking was not as close as indicated. The hotel is not suited for disabled and the advert of the hotel showed rooms as were when new not as now. Very poor in all, would not recomend and would not stay again. Very disappointing for a trip away to London for my mothers birthday.
