The room appeared delightful at first. However the room was an interior one, and extremely noisy due to the air conditioning unit being right outside and below the window - should not be charged at the full rate. The air conditioning in the room only seemed to run on very hot, after turning it off only managed a bare 3 hrs sleep. Poor delivery of messages. No service recovery on complaining of noise. Would likely have been quieter in an street facing room- you don't know when you book on the internet!
