There is a bar in the hotel, and massage and beauty treatments are available in the fully equipped gym and spa rooms. The 24-hour multilingual front desk staff can recommend places to visit, and assist with transportation and entertainment bookings. For the business traveler and those in need of space rental for social events, rooms are available, some of them on the penthouse level with views of the West End and beyond. This is a very fine hotel. The decor is great, the room service and amenities are spot on. They gym is a bit small, but adequate for my needs. Service in the bar was the only weakness. Several evenings I arrived to the hotel late and stopped at the bar and the staff seemed put out that I was there for a drink. In fact, I had to remark to a waitress that I was a guest at the hotel. Otherwise, it is a fantastic place.
