There are NO basement bargains in London. You CAN get what you pay for. This Hotel is functional and straight forward.No frills but exactly what you need if you need a safe, quiet, clean place to stay and don't expect or want frills. The bathroom is new as are many things in the room -TV, Telephone etc- are new ( the TV so new that it has not been tuned or correctly wired.) An excellent place to hang your hat. Would definitely stay again.
