The only issue I had was I was placed in a smoking room and could not be moved due to a full house. Even after opening the window wide and freezing my arse off, I still had sinus issues due to the smokey smell. Otherwise, the room and location were perfect. The hotel staff was very kind.

I had a wonderful stay at Rubens At The Palace and plan to return in the spring. Everything at Rubens was excellent including you fabulous staff. My every need was met by your staff.
