Dear All, While this Hotel offers value for money, I have noticed that the repair services in this hotel do not give "value for money". I will go as far as to say that while the Hotel pays for repairs, the service company: “Receives payments under false pretences”. For example the tissue paper holder was dislodged and I had to fix it by myself! I noticed that the plugs in the wall were of larger size than the used screws and also the screws had different thickness...... The central heating radiators are in need to remove the trapped air in them, because they make a lot of noise and also only their lower part gets warm. The used lift, wrongly, its floor is fitted with carpet onto which chewing gums have stuck… Furthermore, the carpet because of tear & wear needs replacement. I would like to recommend it’s compete removal and instead to lay down thick ceramic tiles. My last point/advice will be for the cleaners to use, occasionally, a scale removal fluid to remove the build up scale from the toilets and shower units. Yours truly Dr. Evan Arkas

It was so loud during the nights because of the many school classes! During the breakfast we had to wait in line to get a toasted bread for at least 5 minutes.
