The food and the selection of wine is excellent. Al Sultan offers a large selection of interesting cold and hot hors d' oeuvres like Warak Inab (vine leaves stuffed with rice, herbs and spices), Firri (quails grilled or fried in lemon juice and served in garlic sauce) and Hommos (topped with diced lamb and pine nuts).

As a starter you may want to try their pickled aubergines stuffed with walnuts. Follow up with grilled chicken and finish off with Lebanese sweets.
