You can find this place packed almost every evening as you walk in. Cafe des Amis is quite popular with the theatre-goers. It is authentic and most comfortingly outlandish.

As a start up, try their crab cocktail which is a real knockout. Taste the strong mix of fishy flavors with crisp salad and a horseradish kick. As a main, have the Tuna steak, which is really good. For dessert, you will find their chocolate puddings quite dark and luscious.

For those who have little experience of real French cuisine, there will be some surprises in store. Half the dishes on the menu are served cold, the fish has a taste of the sea and some salads are dressed so vinegary that your eyes may get watery.
