London 2012 Olympics Venues

Every four years, the greatest athletes in the world proudly represent their countries for two weeks during the summer games. These young athletes are on sports' greatest stage and in search of the Holy Grail - an Olympic gold medal. This celebration of sport and country is a tradition that grabs the attention of young and old alike.

Most of the events will be held at Olympic Park venues such as the Olympic Stadium and the Aquatics Centre, with others held at older sports facilities across London such as Earls Court, Wembley Stadium and Wimbledon. A minority of events will be held outside the capital in locations such as Old Trafford.
